The Hosts Records section allows you to create various kinds of host records for your zone file, including URL redirects, A records, CNAME aliases, SPF/Text records and other address records. If you wish to enable forwarding for the domain, you may do so using this process, or you may use the Easy Domain Forwarding feature to place the records automatically.
To enable the Advanced DNS Manager and access the Host Records screen, complete the following steps:

This section describes some of the tasks that you can accomplish on the Host Records page, as well as what each available record can do. In addition to configuring records for unique tasks, you can set records to point to a third party hosting provider, forward a domain or subdomain to an existing site, or configure subdomains to point to internal pages.
You can configure the following records in the Host Records section:
In addition to the records above, you can enter SRV records by clicking the SRV link that appears below the table. An SRV record defines the location of servers for specified services. We will build the record for you from several fields: Service, Protocol, Priority, Weight, Port and Target (Hostname). Please note that the Time To Live (TTL) and Class fields are set by us.
This section describes the operation of the Host Record table and how to place any needed records.
For Hostname, you have the following options:
In order for this feature to work, you domain name must be pointing to the correct name servers.
MX Records are entered or edited on the "Email Services" interface. Any MX records set will also appear in the main hosts records.
CNAME records and MX records contain a period at the end of the address. Our system will add this automatically to any record entered.
Our system does not have support for a wildcard (*). In addition, our system does not support PTR records at this time.
