Manage DNSSEC Records
DNSSEC records provide security for the DNS by digitally signing records with encrypted signatures. Generation of these signatures and selection of the algorithm type is determined by the DNSSEC provider.
- Log in with your profile.
- Click Account Management > My Domains from the menu tabs.
- Click the domain you wish to modify directly, or click the gear icon beside it.
- Click on the "DNSSEC Records" link under the Advanced Actions section of the Manage Domain page.
- Enter the elements as required by your DNSSEC Provider:
- Key Tag: An integer value that is used to identify the record.
- Algorithm Type: The algorithm used to generate the signature.
- Digest Type: The algorithm used to construct the digest.
- Digest: A string value generated by the algorithm.
- Click Submit to complete the process.
Result:
- The digital signature for your records is established.
